Realtors working with Woodcrest owners or potential buyers should be aware of our Bylaws and Rules and Regulations. Links to our documents are below for more detailed information. 

Potential buyers should be aware that:

1. Woodcrest is a designated 55+ Senior Community, and at least one occupant must be 55 years old or older. 

2. Woodcrest is a self-managed, non-profit, Homeowners Association.

3. All homes are to be owner occupied.

4. Renting is not allowed.

5. No one under the age of 18 is allowed to live at Woodcrest.

 

Owners agree to Woodcrest By-Laws, CC&Rs and Rules & Regulations when they purchase a home and will be asked to agree to these rules when they move in. For any questions about our governing documents, please contact the office manager.
