Community Guidelines

Woodcrest Estates Senior Community is a self-managed Homeowners Association. When a resident sells a home in our highly sought after Woodcrest Estates Community, they are required to notify any Prospective Buyers of our basic governing operational rules.

 

Our basic requirements for listing purposes:

 

1. Senior Community - At least one occupant must be over 55 years of age, as this is a “senior” designated community.

 

2. This is an “owner occupied” community, no rentals are allowed. An owner must live in the home.

 

3. Pets are allowed, but two maximum per household.
